RKDGS is an owner operated network infrastructure installation company. We design, install, integrate, repair, and support the physical components that make up industrial, commercial, and residential computer networks.
We provide services for specific technologies including video surveillance and audio / video solutions. In conjunction with our partners, RKDGS provide a complete array of networking and IT solutions.
Robert Donohue
Owner and operator of RKD Group Solutions. Starting from an early age, Robert was mentored by Bob Werner. Now, with over 15 years of professional network installation experience, Robert runs our company, manages projects, and helps provide clients with unparalleled services.
Bob Werner
Founder of ESW Associates, the predecessor to RKDGS, established in 1992. ESW became RKDGS in 2018. Bob, a former IBM employee who has over 50 years of professional networking experience, now advises RKDGS to improve an ever-developing industry.

Label Everything
We label our cables, equipment, racks, rooms, and more. Labels save time by making it easier for employees and service technicians to identify specific connections and devices.
Reliable Materials
RKDGS installs materials manufactured by information communication technology (ICT) industry leaders. Companies such as Panduit, Leviton, and Hubbel offer outstanding products that stand the test of time.
Site Documentation
RKDGS creates and manages site specific documentation that contains important information (cable IDs, login credentials, work logs, etc.) for technicians and end users to reference. Documentation is updated after each visit and provided to the client.
Site/Project pictures
Project pictures are taken for the client to have proof of work, to see the quality of work, and to understand where specific components are located. They are also used for RKDGS to design and estimate projects, to document the status of specific equipment, and to quickly note specific information for the site's documentation.
Cable Test Results
RKDGS provides clients with proof that the cables we install hold up to industry standards. Test result information includes a Wiremap to confirm that the wires are properly aligned, the cable's length to confirm a cable is within its length limit, and network capacity to determine support for VoIP, data, and video.

Check-Ups
Throughout the year, business and personal changes are made which can impact your information communication technology (ICT) infrastructure. FREE check-ups are performed once a year by a RKDGS technician to inspect ICT cables and equipment.
We identify possible weaknesses that could lead to loss and provide recommendations that can increase efficiency and decrease the time it takes to make repairs when issues arise.
